Directions
Shake container well before each opening to avoid settling. Mix 1 scoop into 6-8 oz of cold water. You can take up to 2 servings per day: one in the morning and one in the afternoon. For optimum results do not take with meals. Do not exceed 1 scoop per serving. For best results use consistently for a minimum of 30 days.

Warnings
Do not use if under the age of 18, pregnant, nursing or sensitive to caffeine. Do not consume caffeine, yohimbe, rauwolfia or any stimulants from other sources. Each serving contains 200 mg of caffeine, about as much as 1-2 cups of strong coffee. Consult your doctor prior to use if you are taking any medication or have been diagnosed with any medical condition, including but not limited to, heart disease, high blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, recurrent headaches, psychiatric disorders, diabetes, or enlarged prostate.
